Payer Sales Executive

Zipari is seeking an energetic and motivated Payer Sales Executive  to join our incredibly successful Revenue team. The Payer Sale Executive is responsible for end to end sales cycle management. In this role you will partner with our marketing and lead generation teams to generate new business and provide solutions to healthcare organizations throughout the U.S.

This position reports directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (an incredible human being!) and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office!

As a Payer Sales Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and close new business for healthcare prospects.
  • Proactively target new client opportunities and build relationships with necessary stakeholders.
  • Identify qualified prospects, preliminarily through extensive phone and online prospecting, and lead follow up.
  • Aggressively and systematically move prospects through the sales process from lead to closure.
  • Document all sales activity in Salesforce including sales activity, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Provide superior client service with clear communication, responsiveness, and transparency.
  • Represent Zipari in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions.
  • Create virtual engagement activities and tactics to stay connected with prospects and clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets.
  • You have:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in healthcare.
  • A successful track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the software industry.
  • Proven track record in building a strong pipeline, closing business, and exceeding quota. 
  • Excellent phone and virtual sales skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience providing functional sales and technical demonstrations.
  • Process oriented.
  • Strong learning orientation with the ability to ramp up quickly on product and healthcare industry knowledge, specifically in the payor/provider space.
  • Ability to find creative ways to engage prospects and clients, in virtual and in person settings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
